01 / The challenge

Start with the day-to-day problem.

A technology provider can offer several connected services while its prospective customers arrive with one specific problem. Someone seeking email support may not be looking for a new website, and a business exploring telephony needs a different starting point from one planning a migration. The website challenge is to communicate the breadth of the offering without making the first decision complicated.

02 / The approach

Give the experience a clear structure.

Novalancer leads with a managed IT proposition and two contact routes, then organises its core offering into service cards. UK coverage messaging provides geographic context, while later sections introduce the wider web and software offer. Discovery-call prompts and service links connect the broad brand story to narrower topics a visitor can explore.

03 / The experience

The details behind the interface.

A focused opening proposition

The hero introduces managed IT support and names related capabilities such as Microsoft 365, monitoring and cybersecurity. This establishes a primary starting point before the homepage expands into the broader service portfolio.

Service cards for distinct needs

Managed support, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity and VoIP receive individual descriptions and links. Visitors can select the area closest to their business question instead of navigating a single block of technical content.

Local base with a wider audience

The website presents Peterborough as its headquarters alongside UK-wide support messaging and a service-location graphic. That structure places the business geographically while explaining the audience it is trying to reach.

Room for web and software services

The wider site navigation and footer introduce business websites, monthly website packages, eCommerce and custom software. These destinations allow the digital-development offer to sit alongside the IT-services proposition.

Multiple routes into a conversation

Discovery-call and contact links recur through the page, with telephone and WhatsApp options also visible. FAQs provide another route to understand the offering before starting an enquiry.

04 / The result

A website organised around the visitor’s next step.

The site gives Novalancer a structured destination for presenting its technology and digital services. Its main design contribution is connecting a broad portfolio with service-specific routes and discovery conversations. This case does not treat the website’s example savings, response figures, uptime statements or case-result statistics as independently verified project outcomes.
