Start with the day-to-day problem.
Skilled Worker visa casework involves several people following the same candidate through different stages. Recruiters need to coordinate records, caseworkers need to know what has been assigned, and the wider team needs to distinguish new cases from those awaiting information or already submitted. The product challenge is to make those stages visible in a shared workspace while keeping the individual candidate at the centre of the process.
Give the experience a clear structure.
JBG Flow gives this workflow a dedicated interface, co-branded for Job Bridge Global and UK Immigration and Visa Services. The sign-in experience explains the platform’s purpose before the user enters the workspace. Inside, the operations dashboard organises the overview around candidate counts and case stages. Search, candidate entry, CSV upload and caseworker assignments sit alongside the dashboard, connecting an operational summary with the places where the team manages the work.
The details behind the interface.
Candidate intake and search
The workspace provides candidate search, a candidate directory, an Add Candidate entry point and CSV upload. These give the team distinct routes for locating existing records and bringing candidate information into the system.
Assignment and progress visibility
Caseworker Assignments and the Assign cases action make responsibility a visible part of the interface. Dashboard cards distinguish new candidates, work in progress, cases awaiting information, submissions, accepted visas and refused visas.
Batch and activity organisation
Batches, Activity Logs and Archive appear within the same navigation. Candidate-status and progress-distribution panels provide an overview alongside these record-management areas.
Ongoing administration
Visa Reminders, Notifications, Email Delivery and User Management give operational administration its own place in the workspace, keeping those functions accessible from the casework overview.

A workspace with a defined purpose.
The resulting interface brings candidate intake, responsibility and case-stage visibility into one product. Its value is the connection between a high-level operations view and the tools used to manage individual cases. The dashboard shown is an empty-state capture; its counters are not a measure of deployment scale or visa outcomes.
