Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small pieces of information saved by your browser. Local storage is a different browser feature that can retain a value until it is removed. UK rules on storage and access technologies can apply to both.
We use a local preference to remember that you have dismissed the storage notice. It is not a marketing identifier and does not contain the details you enter into an enquiry form.
What the website stores
The administration cookies are restricted to secure connections in production and cannot be read by page JavaScript. Their purpose is authentication, not advertising. Security providers may also apply protections to suspicious traffic; any additional browser storage introduced through those services must be reflected in this notice.
| Name and type | Purpose and when used | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| novawize-cookie-choice · local storage | Remembers that you dismissed the notice; saved only after you choose to dismiss it. | Until you reset the notice, clear site data or your browser removes it. |
| __Host-nw-admin · cookie | Keeps an authorised administrator signed in to the private administration area; not needed for ordinary browsing. | Up to 12 hours, or removed on sign-out. |
| __Host-nw-setup · cookie | Secures a private administrator password-verification flow. | Up to 10 minutes, or removed when verification is completed. |
Managing your browser choices
Use the button below to remove Novawize’s notice preference and show the notice again. This affects this browser only. It does not sign you out of other services or delete your enquiries.
You can also delete or block site data in your browser settings. Blocking authentication cookies can prevent the private administration area from working. Clearing all site data may sign you out and remove saved preferences.
Optional analytics and advertising
Advertising and analytics cookies are not active in the current website implementation. Dismissing the notice does not grant consent for either purpose.
If optional technologies are introduced, we will explain their purpose, providers and duration. Where consent is required, they must remain off until you choose to allow them, with an easy way to refuse or withdraw consent. Where a lawful exception is used, its information and objection requirements must also be met.
External links and services
Our WhatsApp button is a link to an external service. Following it takes you to WhatsApp, which applies its own privacy and storage settings. The same principle applies to other external websites linked from our pages.
Information processed to deliver or protect the website, such as IP addresses and server logs, is explained in our privacy policy. Not all technical processing uses a cookie.
