Before we speak

A payroll proposal needs your employee count, pay frequency and current payroll system. Explain how you record hours, variable pay and changes to employee details. Agreeing a clear approval timetable helps establish who checks the payroll and when the final information must be provided.

Who we help

Introduce deadlines, approvals and clear change controls as employee numbers increase.

03

Multi-frequency payrolls

Coordinate weekly, fortnightly or monthly cycles with consistent employer reporting.

Pricing

Payroll pricing based on employees and pay frequency

We establish your current position, desired outcome and constraints.

02

How the work happens

  1. 01

    Onboard

Confirm PAYE scheme details, employees, pay elements, pension process and reporting timetable.

    Collect changes

Receive authorised hours, starters, leavers, leave, bonuses and deductions by the cut-off.

  3. 03

    Approve

Issue a draft payroll and exception report for employer approval.

  4. 04

    Report

Finalise payslips and reports, then submit the required RTI information.

Before we start

Your questions,
answered.

When must payroll be reported to HMRC?

An employer normally sends a Full Payment Submission on or before the date employees are paid, unless a specific reporting exception applies.

Can you manage workplace pension calculations?

We can process pension deductions and supply contribution information within payroll. The employer remains responsible for scheme governance and may need separately regulated pensions advice.

What payroll changes must we provide?

Typical changes include starters, leavers, hours, overtime, bonuses, salary changes, leave, benefits and deductions. We agree a secure cut-off and approval process during onboarding.
